WATERMELON COOLER
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
3 pound wedge of seedless watermelon
4 scoops (1 cup) lemon gelato or ice cream
2-3 tablespoons Grenadine syrup
Club soda (optional)
Directions:
Cut the watermelon into 1" chunks, removing any seeds you may find. Combine the melon pieces with the ice cream and Grenadine syrup in the work bowl of a blender or food processor. Pulse for 10 seconds then run continuously for another 15 seconds until the puree is smooth.
Serve with a splash of club soda if desired.
